RETURN POLICY
Customer satisfaction is at the top of our list here at belovehere.com. To better our customer shopping experience, we have refined our return and exchange policies. Belovehere offers a 30-day return policy for our customers. If you're not completely happy with our products, you can return or exchange your order(s) as long as the products are in ELIGIBLE and NEW CONDITION:
• Products must be returned within 30 days of the order delivery date
• Products must be in the same condition you received them (unworn, unaltered, undamaged)
INELIGIBLE PRODUCTS
• Products were worn, cut, damaged, or the original status was changed
• Custom orders, Clearance Items
* Please note that we can't accept ineligible products, which will be returned to you at your cost.
HOW TO RETURN?
1. Contact us at serv4id@gmail.com. Please note that your request may be denied if you don't contact us.
2. Apply for the return online.
• A: Sign in and locate your order in "my orders"
• B: Click on "Return items"
We'll contact you once we receive the returns.
*Please note that customers are responsible for their return shipping costs for any returns or exchanges.
RETURN ADDRESS
Please don't return it to the address on the package, it is not our address and we can't receive it. You can contact our email serv4id@gmail.com for the correct return address and we will refund you after we receive it. Otherwise, we cannot carry out a refund system operation.
If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.
If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, and the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.
EXCHANGES
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
REFUND
Refunds are processed 5 to 7 business days after receiving your return. Please allow a further 7 business days for your refund to appear on your bank statement before contacting us. Please note that any delays in processing your refund back to your account may be due to your financial banking institution.
